High productivity vertical anodising plant for commercial length profiles

Developed over two floors this particular vertical surface treatment plant produces at the bottom floor either standard anodising up to 25 microns thickness for quality architectural use or just a few microns as a pre-treatment prior to powder coating on the second floor, all online. The 180 000A plant shared by 4 anodising tanks, includes also two electro colouring tanks and a conventional chrome-based pre-treatment for use as standard alternative prior to painting.
